Delete your account

From the app

Open your Profile, section Your data, and choose Delete account. The deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also delete a single vehicle, with its whole history, from that vehicle's page.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, immediately: profile, vehicles, maintenance histories, photos, invoices, deadlines, share links and sticker associations.

Encrypted backup copies expire within 8 weeks; in the meantime they are unreadable without our key and are used only for disaster recovery.

What is not deleted

Histories of vehicles you transferred to a buyer before deleting: since the handover they belong to the new owner's account, exactly as a paper service book handed over with the car would.

If you cannot log in

Write to info@garagesaga.com from the email address the account is registered to, asking for its deletion. We will verify the request and process it within 30 days.

Single entries

Individual history entries cannot be deleted: the history is append-only, which is the integrity guarantee the service is built on. Corrections are added as new visible entries, and full deletion of a vehicle or of the account is always available.
